Facebook Group Questions
I can’t seem to find the Facebook group! Can you help me?
Absolutely! When you signed up for HVT, you most likely requested to join the FB group, so when you follow this link, it’ll take you right to the group Erica’s High Vibe Tribe FB Group. If you didn’t already join, you’ll need to submit your request.
My Facebook account got hacked, and I have a new account. How do I get back in to the group?
Two steps:
1) Request to join the Facebook group using your new account profile Erica’s High Vibe Tribe FB Group
2) Send an email to Amanda (amandalopesva@gmail.com) (and copy hello@ericaderrickson.com when you send the email). Tell her what happened, and attach a screenshot / photo of your new account profile so she can easily match up your new request to join. * If your old profile is still in the group, she can remove that one for you.
General Membership Account Questions
How do I log in to my membership account?
We’ve made that easy for you! There’s a Login button right here on Erica’s website, and it’s visible on all pages. Just look for it at the upper right hand corner, near the shopping cart.
The visual instructions below show you how to log in, and also how to reset your password if you need to do that!
I have a new email address. How do I update that for my HVT membership?
Because your membership account is password protected, you will need to personally update your account with any changes, such as an email change. Here’s how to do that:
Once you are logged in, you’ll click on Account, then on Account Settings (at the bottom of the pop-up sidebar).
Next, click on Profile (at the bottom), then on the arrow next to your current email address. This will take you to where you can type in the new email address (then re-type to confirm it), type in your password…and don’t forget to click on Save!
Note: Please also send an email to Amanda (amandalopesva@gmail.com) (and copy hello@ericaderrickson.com when you send the email), letting her know you have a new email address, so that she can update the direct email contact book.
Subscription Payments Questions
What if I need to update or change my payment method?
If your subscription is set up through PayPal, follow these directions:
Step 1: log in to your PayPal account and click on the gear icon in the top right to access your profile settings.
Step 2: Click on the Payments tab, then click on “Manage automatic payments.
Step 3: Select Erica Derrickson as the company for which you want to manage the recurring subscription (automatic payment). Under the payment method, click on the “edit” icon.
Step 4: Select your new payment method, or link a new credit or debit card, and click “Save.”
Special Note: if you set up your HVT subscriptions through PayPal as a Guest (meaning, you used a credit or debit card without logging in to a PayPal account) you will need to locate a subscription payment receipt in your email. It will be from PayPal and will say High Vibe Tribe Subscription. There will be a link you can follow within that email receipt to update your payment method.
If your subscription is setup through our Squarespace membership area, follow these directions:
Step 1: Log in to your membership account on Erica’s website and click on Account in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Click on Manage Subscription.
Step 3: Under Manage Subscription, click the arrow to the right of Payment Method, then click on Update Payment Method.
Membership Cancelation Questions
What are the membership subscription payment terms & conditions?
By purchasing this subscription, you have agreed to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee, and you have accepted responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Payment Terms: If your subscription payment is declined, you will receive an email notification telling you this happened. The charge is automatically attempted again after five days, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails this final time, the subscription is canceled. If your subscription is canceled, you’ll need to purchase the subscription product again to restart the subscription.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging in to your account, going to My account, and then Subscriptions. Choose Cancel Subscription.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds granted for subscription payments already made.
What happens if I want to I cancel my HVT membership?
We certainly don’t want to see you go! But if that does happen, here’s what you need to know.
Your membership is on a subscription basis, and you have full access to everything in your membership area until the end of your billing cycle. So, if you cancel your membership and subscription payments in between your billing cycle, you still have full access to the perks that came with HVT until the end of that billing cycle.
Once you reach the end of your billing cycle, and you have canceled, you will lose access to the membership content in Squarespace, you will be removed from the HVT Facebook group, and you will no longer receive HVT-specific emails from us.
We do encourage you to make full use of your membership perks through your billing end date! Continue to show up for Zoom calls, watch the FB Lives, and interact in the Facebook group before you go :)
How do I cancel my HVT membership?
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging in to your account, going to My account, and then Subscriptions. Choose Cancel Subscription.
What if I decide I want to join again in the future?
We’d love for you to join us again , and all you’d have to do is subscribe to become a member again. Just remember that if you came into the HVT as a previous member at the discounted rate, that you’ll be re-signing up at the new, higher rate.

Why should I log in to my online member area every so often, since everything happens in the Facebook group?
Because we will be adding member-exclusive content that ONLY HVT members will have access to! And the way to know what is available to you, is to log in and see what has been added.
